2 x Sauvignon Blanc: This Central Otago Sauvignon is more refined and subtle than the large volume wines we are used to from Marlborough. Still expressing that luscious and tropical taste, it has a minerality and freshness more often found in places like Sancerre. Definitively Kiwi but with a classic touch.

2 x Pinot Gris: Dry in style with fresh flavours of pear, nectarine and ripe citrus

2 x Rielsing: This dry riesling shows refreshing lime and lemongrass aromatics combined with flavours of grapefruit, mandarin and lemon peel. A delicate and textural dry Riesling with fine acidity.
